I already knew it was bruised, but not broken. I sucked it up for a week and finally made an appointment. Dr Sehorn was good. Got some xrays. No breaks. He prescribed cold laser and pads. Several weeks and 10 or so treatments later, the pain was gone and I was back to normal. Much quicker than the usual 3 or 4 months for undoctored bruises ribs to heal. Doctors are knowledgeable. Front staff was friendly and fast. And the techs doing the treatments are awesome. You can tell they actually want to help you heal. They don't half-treat you to keep you coming back like some other clinics do. Highly recommended.

Warning: Deceptive Billing and Unethical Bait-and-Switch Tactics…read more I am writing this review to warn others about the highly deceptive and unethical billing practices at this office. Two years ago, I inquired about treatments and was told my insurance wouldn't cover them, so I stopped going. Fast forward to a year later when I called with a quick question--out of nowhere, they informed me that I had a $140 credit on my account because insurance had retroactively paid for past services. By law in the state of Texas, medical offices are required to promptly refund patient overpayments. Instead, this office hoarded my money for an entire year and used it as a marketing hook to lure me back in, telling me I could come back and use the credit toward treatments. I went 4 times under the explicit impression that my credit was covering the visits. Not once did anyone disclose that my credit was running out, nor did they mention that because it had been six months since my last visit, they were going to charge my insurance a massive $225 "new examination fee" and stick me with the remaining balance. I walked out of there with a surprise bill for over $65. When I went into the office to demand an explanation, the chiropractor tried to scramble and change the math, making up excuses about why he didn't notify me when the credit was exhausted. It was a blatant bait-and-switch trap designed to squeeze money out of both me and my insurance provider. I had to loudly call out these desperate, deceptive business tactics right in the waiting room before the chiropractor finally backed down and agreed to write off the balance to $0. Please double-check your statements if you go here. They are far more interested in trapping you with hidden fees and hoarding your overpayments than providing transparent, honest care. My five stars goes to Cashion, NP himself. The man is stout and strong. He has wonderful expertise in adjustments and has done wonders for my neck and back. I highly recommend getting a massage before your adjustment (this service is offered and covered by major insurances). The facility is quite clean but the artwork is outdated. Otherwise, it is a great place that hires many people of color and it was refreshing to hear some assistants speaking Spanish.
