I went to dr Karly for several years and she is great! I moved to Waco and only found one…read morechiropractor that could compare with her and he has since retired. I went to many chiropractors and have not found a replacement. Her care is excellent, her office help are very kind and helpful. I plan to come to drive from Waco to Bryan for treatments and it will be well worth it. I am almost 78 years old and the spine and legs are not what they used to be I look forward to the treatment I receive from dr Karly.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND A HACK…read more Karly is nothing short of a scam, and a brash one at that. I started seeing her during the peak of Covid because I was in need of some maintenance work on my neck and back with how much I was riding horses. Not only did she never wear a mask or practice Covid precautions, she was also proud of it. She talked loudly and frantically about politics, unsolicitedly and constantly. She openly bashed any political views that were not her own, in the middle of adjusting me, with literally nothing to jumpstart that kind of conversation and knowing literally nothing about me (spoiler alert: she had no idea that she was trashing my personal beliefs, but unlike her, I keep them private and don't feel the need to yell about them- especially not in my workplace?) Wait times in the office were always abysmal- I'd have to block out way more time than just my appointment time because her clients get so backed up, all because she wants to monologue about unrelated topics and vent about her personal life to her clients for 30 minutes each. Half the reason I wanted to go to her office was because she had an in-house massage therapist, but she ran off two of them in the time that I was a client there. She seemed to wear those poor ladies absolutely ragged. In complete fairness, the massage therapists I saw were both absolutely wonderful- they were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. The receptionists and techs were also all wonderful- I can't recall a time that I had a bad experience with any other staff member except Karly. I stopped seeing her for a while because she was just so miserable to be around, but found myself in need of one more adjustment to tide me over until I found someone new. I tried to call the office several times to make an appointment (like, no less than 10 times), during business hours, and the phone rang until voicemail each and every time. When the voicemail box wasn't full/declining messages, I left a message with my name, number, and that I needed to schedule an appointment. I left multiple messages across a couple of weeks. Never heard a peep back from them. So much for scheduling an appointment. If you're gonna go to this office, clear your schedule for her monologuing and bring earplugs for the sheer volume that she speaks at. Genuinely terrible experience.

Warning: Deceptive Billing and Unethical Bait-and-Switch Tactics…read more I am writing this review to warn others about the highly deceptive and unethical billing practices at this office. Two years ago, I inquired about treatments and was told my insurance wouldn't cover them, so I stopped going. Fast forward to a year later when I called with a quick question--out of nowhere, they informed me that I had a $140 credit on my account because insurance had retroactively paid for past services. By law in the state of Texas, medical offices are required to promptly refund patient overpayments. Instead, this office hoarded my money for an entire year and used it as a marketing hook to lure me back in, telling me I could come back and use the credit toward treatments. I went 4 times under the explicit impression that my credit was covering the visits. Not once did anyone disclose that my credit was running out, nor did they mention that because it had been six months since my last visit, they were going to charge my insurance a massive $225 "new examination fee" and stick me with the remaining balance. I walked out of there with a surprise bill for over $65. When I went into the office to demand an explanation, the chiropractor tried to scramble and change the math, making up excuses about why he didn't notify me when the credit was exhausted. It was a blatant bait-and-switch trap designed to squeeze money out of both me and my insurance provider. I had to loudly call out these desperate, deceptive business tactics right in the waiting room before the chiropractor finally backed down and agreed to write off the balance to $0. Please double-check your statements if you go here. They are far more interested in trapping you with hidden fees and hoarding your overpayments than providing transparent, honest care. I will never be returning.

I cannot and would not recommend campion Chiropractor ie dr. SEHORN or whatever his name is…read more..... I've seen numerous wonderful and professional Chiropractors over the years with back neck pain and lower back pain. Firstly, the office staff in general is not forthright in explaining their insurance charges for a first visit and subsequent visits. (yes, they fully accepted my insurance). I'll be kind and say this chiropractor is THE POSTER CHILD for giving chiropractors a bad reputation. Now I'll be less kind and more importantly, this so-called chiropractor is UNETHCAL regarding what to expect in a first visit, i.e. simply taking a history and no adjustments save a few pops to the neck. On my second visit today I asked him questions after relating to my son and DIL exactly what he did and did not do on the first visit. He "walked back" untruths, talking so fast as a child does when covering something up. He related to me that he didn't do much because I was upset. Not only was I not upset, I was excited to get relief from my neck pain so I could continue doing laps in the pool. When checking out, i had tears in my eyes from relief and happy that I'd be doing laps again. However, the good doctor said my being upset as the reason he didn't do much. He didn't know I had a few tears until I left the exam room and was at the front desk checking out. Further, regarding the charge. The front desk girl said I had excellent insurance. My co-pay for in network specialist is $40.00. I was charged $55.00. On my second visit I asked the front desk staff about the extra charge. She explained it was $55.00 - $40 for a first time visit plus $15.00 for an X-ray. I did not have an X-ray and told her. Her reply was she didn't know what he did but whatever he did she wasn't in the room and therefore didn't know. Finally, as I asked the good doctor a few questions re: my first visit, again I mentioned that my son and DIL asked me how my treatment went, esp. my DIL bc she runs the household. Dr. SEHORN couldn't stop rambling fast enough trying to explain himself. All he did was "pop my neck". I had brought in a folder containing all past procedures, surgery, dates etc. He flipped through it in 2 seconds as you would a magazine. Also I brought in my 2 neck collars that i use when in pain and although he asked what i had in the bag, he barely glanced and said "not a word".....
