I can't thank the Heritage enough for the service provided which was seamless from start to finish. Lorna was outstanding in her caring and sympathetic approach and her organisational skills where second to none.Everything was organised for me, from booking the church, organising and printing order of service, booking the registrar, contacting the council regarding the lair, cars, flowers, etc. Thanks to the Heritage all the family had to do was turn up on the day! Abusive towards staff, mentally and verbally, can't keep staff long as they hire them and treat them like dirt then sack them, for a funeral directors they couldn't direct urine into a pan, all is not what it seems, won't have my family or friends "looked after" here, 1 star is too good! Also maybe it's best that Patricia stops telling grieving families about her brothers marriage ending and blaming his ex wife, highly inappropriate considering up the stairs from funeral parlour is being used by John to photograph models, then there's the horrifying attitude of Patricia also who if she's not busy bullying staff she was also caught questioning a member of staff how they were related to a deceased person in their care and asking them if they are telling the truth, she is another one with one face for the families and another for everyone else, don't expect to see much of John on funerals unless he knew the deceased, don't expect to see him at all really, spend your trust and time finding a capable funeral director elsewhere to respect your loved one, many can see why there's like 2 members of family left working here and the rest of his family walked out, can't be the staffs fault if you lost at least 9+ members of staff since 2017! You've lost great staff who you didn't even deserve and lost business by a number of people, matter of time before people find Heritage out for themselves! You can't play with people's mental health and bully them on a daily basis and expect nobody to stand up to you and for you to get away with it, I hope yous can sleep at night knowing what you pair have done to people working their backsides off and being set up constantly, I think they fooled us all at first by being these "fantastic" community people, try knowing the real side to them, you lot bullied the wrong one, takes years to build a reputation (however fraudulent it may be) and seconds to bring one down! People trying to do their jobs to support their own families and being set up by Patricia to fail and get sacked without following dismissal protocol, not that you had a leg to stand on in the first place, it was always the employees fault and not lack of management, or should I say power trippers... I wouldn't expect anyone who hasn't worked here to understand, but to those who have, you know. They are lovely to families because they are getting their money... I'm not letting future potential employees suffer what other employees have by working for the now laughing stock of the funeral industry, you've brought it all on yourselves, good luck playing your twisted charade, it'll all end in tears for Heritage. Also, hospital gowns should not be returned from your College Milton mortuary warehouse to Hairmyres Hospital for re use again. That is alarming and putting danger to future hospital patients. More of a risk to the community than helpful. Liability to the lives of the public especially amid an outbreak of coronavirus. The public deserve to know what they're paying for. Bullying the staff, risking lives of the public and that's not even the start of it. Disgusting! Especially taking people's loved ones back to a dusty, filthy and unsafe mortuary facility of 15 Hawbank Rd, East Kilbride. Operating in a warehouse under a company named AC HENDERSON. Opening up a parlour in Hamilton to spite your last employers of the same trade and in strathaven to try prove a ridiculous point to the Cooperative Funeralcare that you're there in peoples time of need.
