From picking my…read moregrandmother up at the nursing home the morning of her passing all the way through to her burial ceremony, we were so pleased with every aspect of her funeral and the care provided to us by the staff here. Our funeral planning with Tim was as easy as we could have asked. Obviously, this was a very difficult time for our family and Tim was so patient and professional with outlining how everything would go. He communicated with our church to make sure that everything was taken care of down to every last detail. We felt at ease knowing they were taking the best care of my grandmother. The facilities are beautiful and I can't think of any critiques for our viewing. We are Catholic, and they were very mindful of all of our traditions and faith rituals. It was exactly as my grandmother would have wanted everything. During our viewing and also during the funeral, all of their staff treated us with such respect and care, we were all amazed. Down to the last detail of making sure that we had flowers from her casket, they took care of things that we never would have even thought of. I wouldn't hesitate to have any loved ones or even my husband and myself taken care of by McAfee and I thank all the staff and owners of this establishment for everything they did for my family in this past week.

My father is buried here in the mausoleum. The office makes a lot of promises that they don't keep…read more- i.e. out of date/season flower removal, cleaning the gravesites, etc. Recently they posted signs (that frankly looked like realtor signs) stating that all flowers and decorations would be removed by November 15th with the exception of veteran and military decorations/flags. Well it is the 22nd and everything is still out - faded flowers, dead flowers, flowers from last Christmas, etc. I am in this cemetery often due to my dad being there and I walk my dog there almost nightly (yes, I clean up after my dog) as we live across the street. The groundkeepers don't seem to do anything daily. I was there Tuesday evening and one was driving a gator around the cemetery at top speed to empty the few garbage cans that are posted around the grounds. I have photos of the signs - both the recent on and the permanent one - as well as the flowers still out after the 15th.

It was a few years ago and my family was grieving heavily. There were several mistakes made by Fletcher's. When pointed out to them, promises were made but were never fulfilled. This incident lowered my opinion greatly. I am still thankful to Alan and his staff for their service and support during my other family members funerals. But this last one left a very bad taste in my mouth.

My Father, who is 95 was so impressed by the professional way everything was handled from beginning to end. My Father was once the District Plant Manager for Timken, and so he is very detail oriented. My Mother Passed July of 2025 in a skilled nursing facility, and when the kind men came to get her at 4:00 am dressed respectfully in suits they gave us time to say our goodbyes. The following day my Father and Brother were able to select all the things we needed as a family to make a lovely celebration of Life. The Funeral Home is beautiful and we were able to have a tribute playing on a screen with 80 pictures and music. The organist who also has an amazing voice did an outstanding job. We were allowed to use tables in the different areas to display pictures and memorabilia to celebrate Mom's life. Everything went beautifully and on schedule. There was plenty of parking for our guests, clean bathrooms, kleenex and sanitizers in every room for the guests. All of the kind folks there listened to our needs and carried everything out to perfection. We will continue to use Woods in our family and highly recommend it to anyone in search of a Funeral Home.
