After I pulled around him he continued to weave in and out of traffic to pull up alongside me and giving me the finger on 64. On delivery day, there had been a truck fire at the dump which halted their dumping, so there were no empty containers. So they went out of their way to bring a partly filled container, so I could load up the day's debris. Then, they brought a fresh container the next day and took the other away with no dumping charge for what I had loaded. Then offered a 10% discount on the dumping fee. Very pleasant people to deal with and good pricing. I will use them again

I have been in the remodeling industry for many years and have ordered literally thousands of…read moredumpsters. I can honestly say that Coastal was sincerely the best experience I have had with any dumpster company. I received the dumpster right on time when ordered. I needed it to be picked up at in a one-hour window so we could finish loading it and have it removed for pictures immediately after. Andrew was right on time. That allowed me to get my property listed for sale the same day. He also swept my driveway after picking the dumpster up. That has never happened before with anyone that I have ever dealt with. Not only did it leave the job site clean, but it also saved me time and money by not having to choreograph and pay for someone to do it. I was not expecting that, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The dumpster looked brand new as did his truck/equipment. Andrew was well spoken, dressed professionally, and was very helpful. The whole process was smooth and professional. That has not been the norm with other companies and was very refreshing. It is nice to have a nice-looking dumpster to project the professionalism and cleanliness that I like to portray with my jobs verses a rusty beat up one that looked like it came from the bottom of the ocean. I am not one that writes reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize a young ambitious entrepreneur that is hungry and working hard to deliver a great product, which is so rare to find these days. Those are the types of people I like to see succeed and is why I am taking the time to write this review. I highly recommend Coastal Containers and their dumpsters will be on all of my future jobs.

AGC Junk Removal came to my residence to quote a job. The job was to remove a pile of pre-cut tree…read morebranches. After walking all around the pile a price to load and haul was negotiated. While the AGC representative was loading I voluntarily assisted with the work. At the point that we were approximately 3/4 of the way to completion the AGC representative stopped. He insisted that there was no way to have known that there was so much more wood under the pile. He insisted further that he would have to charge me more in order to continue. He claimed that negotiations can happen at anytime during his working process. I argued that it was unethical and that he was attempting to extort more money out me. Further, during the loading I offered to repair his trailers flat tire for a discount which he happily agreed to. He explained that he found it hard to find the time and would really appreciate it. That being done, it sailed off with him upon departure. in the end, AGC refused to complete the job as agreed and dumped the load in the grass and left. His competitor arrived within an hour and hauled everything for a fraction of the price. Be for warned; AGC Junk is over valuing his services, is manipulative, and grossly unprofessional. I cautioned him about negative reviews and his affiliation with the BBB but he stated he could care less. If you'd prefer to pay twice the going rate for a minimum of effort this is the Company for you!
