I was drowning in my tax situation and I am glad to say I am right on track now... thanks so much!!read more

4 minutes ago New…read moreAfter reading all of the great reviews, I had high hopes for this company. Now I'm wondering if perhaps most of the reviews are fake, as they don't represent my experience at all. I run a small business and I reached out in early April to see if Stephanie was taking new clients. She said that she could help me. Things started off great, as I was promptly sent a link to upload my documents. After reviewing my files, Stephanie said that she would need the help of a colleague to complete my return. I agreed, and we filed an extension. Now, two months have passed. I've reached out to Stephanie multiple times over text and I've left voice messages. She has not returned a single one of my calls, aside from the initial one, and she waits days, to get around to responding to texts, if she responds at all. She has blamed her colleague for not reaching out to me, and takes no responsibility herself. After wasting hours uploading documents and trying to work with her, I've come to realize that she has no intention of completing my taxes. This is beyond disheartening, and has added tons of stress to an already stressful situation. I expressed my concerns to her multiple times over the past few weeks, while trying to resolve this issue, but she doesn't seem to care. Her website mentions a "hero discount." I'm a veteran, but that doesn't seem to matter. Her services mention, "small business up to corporate" but she couldn't manage to figure out how to file for my business, which is definitely a small business. The claims that are made on her website don't reflect my experience with her. Please beware that you are taking a risk if you decide to go to her for your taxes.

This was the first year I hired out for someone to do my taxes... And let me tell you, I wish I…read morewould have found this place sooner! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the turn around for my taxes was extremely fast too. I will definitely be using this company for my tax needs for many years to come!

I needed a CPA for my personal taxes. First year things went well. Second year (tax year 2018) I…read moredidn't receive my federal tax refund. 4 months went by and I asked Aaron for help (as he did our returns). My husband and I both sent emails he told us to "just wait, the refund will come, you're being impatient". Then it's 5 months since we filed-more emails and calls to Aaron. Now he tells us to just wait, obviously annoyed that we have the nerve to bother him. Emails aren't returned, refuses to answer our calls, messages aren't returned. Finally my husband starts calling the iRS (the reason we have a CPA is because we don't want to call the IRS and have limited tax knowledge) and stumbles across the number for the tax advocate. Long story short when the IRS was originally processing our taxes they ran our baby's social security number and it didn't come up. That's because the social security administration was behind on their data entry and hadn't entered her information yet. Our taxes were flagged as potential fraud. The tax advocate had the IRS pull the returns and process them again. Per the advocate, this never would have been done without her intervention. Supposed to get the refund in August, but still no refund. Another phone consult with the tax advocate. Well, when the IRS started re-processing our return, they found a bunch of mistakes! Aaron made basic math errors on certain lines- then there was a page where everything was shifted one line down! The IRS couldn't figure out what was going on. My husband and the tax advocate were on the phone for 2 hours sorting out all of Aaron's mistakes! On the third attempt the IRS processed our returns and we received our tax refund- in NOVEMBER. A conversation with the tax advocate revealed that Aaron should have contacted the tax advocate when we first spoke with him since he is the CPA that did our taxes. Aaron didn't do anything to help, he wouldn't even return communications. If we had followed his advice to "just wait" our returns wouldn't have ever been processed. Our taxes are complicated which is why we have a professional do them. I don't need someone to do data entry, that's turbo tax. My expectations of a CPA are: taxes to be done correctly, to possess appropriate knowledge, able to give advice regarding tax burden and possible interventions, to help when there are problems, and return emails/voicemails. He did the returns, there was a huge problem and he did not do anything to help. Even the tax advocate was appalled by his handling of the situation. She recommended finding a new tax professional, which we did.

I would like to highly recommend Anita Radosevich and Career ladders Inc…read more From start to finish Anita was 100% Professional and really Impressed me. She made sure I understood how her resume writing services worked including her fees. Her wide range of industry knowledge especially the vehicle maintenance and repair background were impressive. She took the time and effort to set interview appointments and kept to them. During these interviews it was hard to talk about myself. Anita knew how to articulate the conversation to help get the juices flowing. Before I knew it we were nearing interview end and able to provide Anita some solid feedback. The final product reflected our interviews and time well spent. For me, it was how she was able to capture my 20 plus years in the Fleet Maintenance/Repair industry and capture that experience into something I was proud of. Anita and her Career Ladders Services offers so much more than just resume writing. I am confident whatever your needs may be in seeking new employment or just thinking your ready for a career change Anita will be able to guide you through the process step by step.

I graduated in May of 2015 with a bachelors in food science and human nutrition. I joined the work…read moreforce in that field and a little over a year after, I was MISERABLE. I loved my major but I just didn't love the lifestyle. I worked 60+ hour weeks and was under-appreciated. I started searching jobs and articles about the best and stable jobs in the U.S. and the first thing that I found on google was information about federal jobs. While I've always heard of being a civil servant, I didn't realize what exactly it meant. I did my research and realized that I wanted to work for the government because it was rewarding and had amazing benefits and job security. I reached out to Anita, and she really gave me a lot of information about the application process for federal jobs. She was extremely patient with me. We had multiple conversations via email and phone over the next two months. I started applying to every job that I qualified for and applied for about 5 months (patience is a virtue). In May of 2016, there was a position as a clerk and only paid $32,000 but I applied to it anyway. In July 2016, I interviewed and was chosen for the position. I was hesitant to accept because I had a bachelors degree and was taking a HUGE pay cut, but I did it anyway, and I don't regret it one bit. Long story short, I was a GS-4 clerk for a year and three months before I was promoted to a position that I had applied to for a Claims representative GS- 5 that would lead me to a GS-10 after a year and nine months. Only 3 months into the claims representative position, I was promoted to a position I applied to as a disability claims examiner (my current position). The position starts as a GS-7 and in about a year and nine months, I will be a GS-11. Essentially, I went from a GS-4 to a GS- 7 in less than a year and a half and in total will have gone from a GS-4 to a GS-11 in only 3 years and 4 months. I'm not sure if it was luck, but it was definitely patience, persistence, and help from Anita. I really recommend Anita, as she knows tricks and ways of composing resumes that'll get their attention and provide you with a potential life long career.
