The dispensary and other retail sides were so easy to navigate--seriously all the staff here are welcoming and helpful and willing to answer any and all questions you might have. Also, I believe that confirmed items in my orders were pulled to accommodate someone else (especially on sale items). Not very customer service friendly especially with repeat/medical patients. Losing confidence in their operation. Once an order is confirmed- that should always stand- if a change is required due to inventory mistake- call the customer, at minimum. Same with order cancellations. A basic courtesy. When did caring about service exit the building? This is an unethical business practice!

I tried calling 24 hours prior to the original time and left 2 messages, I then emailed a few times to let them know and see if I could move the private car pick up to another time or change it to my next trip to Las Vegas. No reply. I paid $24 for an Uber Lux from the Cosmo and headed to the airport. I get a text saying my pick up would be within 2 hours. I called the number who texted me and said I was at the airport. The reply I got was "why didn't you call me?". I stated I didn't know who my driver was and texted him a screenshot of the email I sent the day prior. I emailed a few time since (the ride was in July and it is now September) and nobody has ever replied to my email or called me back. The pick up was lovely and the driver was great. But great drivers can only go so far. Do yourself a favor and get an Uber, because if changes happen you won't get a reply. I'm bucking this up as a loss.
