Upon taking the case, Dale got us a copy of the HOA/building CC&R's, within a few days. The matter of the CC&R's was an issue that the HOA and management company refused to give us, and refused to comply with the numerous verbal and written requests for them for years. Upon receiving the CC&Rs from Dale, I knew then, I/we had chosen the right attorney for the upcoming legal battle. Dale, was very diligent, made sure to get the necessary physical and forensic evidence he needed for the case, as well as being very thorough, and a tough negotiator on behalf of my family. Additionally, he was a great advisor as to the reality of the case, the potential outcome, the choices we faced with the case, the pros and cons of the case, and for example, going to trial vs. working towards a settlement, etc., and what each situation presented.
