Over several years, his helpful assistant completed my US tax returns, if not always on time, then at least competently. He also steered me through tax issues related to renunciation of US citizenship and advised me on inheritance policy. The other Bosely is pedantic and condescending. In the final year of my dealings with his office, he left his own recommendations unfulfilled and, even after two gentle reminders, neglected to prepare my tax return on time as arranged. He gave no notice of this oversight and provided neither an explanation nor an apology. Instead, he said to look for another tax lawyer. By that point, I gladly obliged. The question that any client must therefore ask is -Which Bosely will you want to deal with?
