This, of course, happened over a holiday weekend. Husband called them the Friday before the long weekend. They told him to come early Tuesday morning, when they were open again, and they would help him. Husband went in and they ordered the wheels we needed and said they would be there the next day, and they were! We took the car in and they installed the new wheels. When I had said that we would wait for the new wheels to be put on, the service manager said no, that they were going to take their time with the installation to ensure the car was safe. When they called us to pick up the car, they asked if we wanted to take pictures of the cracks, which we did. When we got there, they took us out to the service area and pulled the wheels out of the boxes (that the new wheels had been in) and let us take pictures so we could send them on the the manufacturer. The cracks were in the same spots on both wheels, so it wasn't a matter of hitting potholes. McCormick Motors will treat you as if you are their only customer. They are amazing!!!!

While traveling around the country in our 45 foot Newmar motorhome, we discovered that our front…read moreend had been hammered out of alignment by all of the potholes along the northern state highways. While visiting the Newmar factory, we explained our dilemma to the staff and they recommended Mast Service Center. We called them and explained that we were on the road and needed a front end alignment and or repairs and they made arrangements to get us in immediately. They did a thorough inspection of the motorhome, found numerous damaged parts, emailed us a detailed inspection report which included photographs as well as descriptions and estimates for the cost of each item that they found needing attention. Because we live full-time in our motorhome, they worked with us doing work on the coach all day long and releasing the coach to drive back to the Hoffman Lakes RV park each evening. We did this for several days as they completed repairs, and obtained the parts necessary for the repairs. We spoke with our service rep, Jalynn, several times a day as he called us to keep us posted on progress. At the end of the repair, when it was time to pay the bill, we found that the final bill was very close to the estimate that we had approved prior to any work being done. Now, having driven the motorhome for two full driving days, I can see that there is a huge improvement in the handling of the motorhome, and we are very happy with the work that we had done at Mast Service Center. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone operating a heavy vehicle that needs any kind of service.

They said it was a "computer" problem and quoted a $900 repair. I got a second opinion from Lavern's repair in Goshen and they fixed sensor and a front wheel bearing for $260.00. I thought it was an honest mistake but persing did the same "computer" run around to my friend recently. Quoting him $3600 in repairs that he has don't elsewhere for under $300.
