His team was detail oriented, thorough, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. We have no regrets and would recommend them to anyone. The team went above and beyond for us. We felt like they were working with us (not against us like previous contractors), they kept us in the loop with communication and the end result speaks for itself. There's not a group of people more professional and dedicated to their craft than the Creek Construction team. Their work is quality, efficient, and quick. Inspection will be fooled with the initial finished loo to get away with but it won't catch the hidden problems like used appliances that work for a few months and then you are spending more money buying new and insulation that wasn't added. If caught in time, they come back to fix something but will cut corners and don't actually fix it by trying to cover it up with paint. The paint will discolour if something is against it. I could go on. The good reviews either got lucky or they were paying them to do work while they were around to check. Do not purchase a gut renovation from them. They either do not check the contractors work when finished or they are in cahoots with them for cutting corners.

In a second instance on my street, the crew stole power from a house next to the one they were working on. The owner of the company was then verbally abusive to the homeowner of the home they stole from. His aggressive behaviour and attempts at intimidation resulted in the police being called. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The owner behaves like a bully and has no professionalism whatsoever and the work they do is substandard, at best.

Once I said it had to be replaced they then were going to only replace the bottom 2 feet even though the insurance claim called for replacing floor to ceiling. They did not show up when they said they would, left gate wide open when leaving, did not remove all debris and I have to have sanding redone because of poor job.
