2.19.25 Rolando came by and gave me an estimate. I called 2…read moreof his references they both said he did a good job. So we hired him. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience as the other two references. Rolando charged me more for what we already discussed. He was late coming to start the job everyday. The quality and workmanship is nothing compared to what our expectations were and discussed what we wanted BEFORE we hired him. He was too sloppy for my taste. I had to clean speckles of paint off of all more floors which took several hours. If you want a paint job that you would do in a dilapidated house then he is your guy. If you want a professional job with proper clean up and an exceptional paint job? He is NOT your guy. We hired him based on what he promised. We addressed the problem areas out to him and he fix a couple but it was a constant reminder like he wanted us to forget about it. I told him the paint job on my ceiling was not rolled/painted properly he refused to redo to make it right. He said he wanted to get paid and leave. Now we have to hire someone else to fix what he didn't do right and pay more money. I was done at that point with him. He also kept asking for more money for the job. Get a signed contract from ANY CONTRACTOR YOU HIRE. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. VERY STRESSFUL AND DISSATISFIED.

Best call I have ever made, Slade when doing estimate caught everything I knew was wrong and found more. His estimates were in great detail and description. When we decided to have Pro Painters of North Georgia paint house the neighbors were all amazed at the time and detail to prep work. One neighbor across the street started his paint job at the same time. It was amazing to see the differences in prep work and detail of work done. Neighbors house done in less than 3 days, mine took closer to 8-10. Attention to detail and quality of work was obvious and neighbors all asked who painted the house. I don't think you can find a better company to work on your home or investment. They take the time to listen and care about their work. The team is professional and hard working.

Alexander Floors had the best price, and unlike the snake oil salesman that most other flooring companies will send for an estimate, he was very honest and up front about everything we needed to know and anticipate, he estimated the job would take about 2-3 days. 4 days later they received the wood that we ordered, they called us to setup a delivery time, and the next day they began working, And as promised, the job was completed in exactly 2 days time. They did a beautiful job, the guys they had working on this were very courteous and professional, and were very meticulous with their work. They moved the furniture as needed, and when the job was done, they vacuumed and washed the floor and put all the furniture back in place. I could hardly imagine a better experience than this. We are very grateful to Alexander floors for a great job, and superb customer service, and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good experience with a flooring company.

We just want everyone to know what a great job they did and how impressed we are with how earnest and hard-working everyone on their team is. Special kudos to Jose and Martin, the team leaders. Their pricing is competitive. The floorers and painters worked harder than we have seen in many, many years to make sure the project finished on schedule. And their attention to detail (picking up on a lot of things we hadn't even noticed) can't be beat. They made suggestions for improvements, which made the result so much more impressive than if they had only done what we originally asked. They also suggested things that could be done differently to save us money. They did most of the heavy-lifting since we are seniors. Special thanks to Ivan, the project manager. He took what could have been a laborious project for us and made it manageable. 5 out of 5 stars!
