I'd just like to say how unimpressed I was with the quality of the phone screen and service I received. The screen began to pop/fall off after a few weeks and very shortly after the screen cracked. When I contacted the person who fixed it, he said he basically didn't care and it wasn't his fault. But If the screen had been properly installed I would not have to replace my phone screen for the second time in under a month. Waited another 1.5 hours to have it returned with a wobbly home button and damaged LCD/LED screen (which apple has quoted me $350 to repair). All they did was apologize and state they didn't know how that happened. I was asked to take it to the Mobile Klinik at St. Laurent and given a 20 dollar phone case as my screen is still not fully attached. I will absolutely not recommend any of these pop up phone repair shops. It's worth the wait at Apple.

I was offered the cost of the repair as a credit for a new phone, which I had to decide on without being able to research it (with no working phone) I accepted, tho it was out of power, so I couldn't verify it would work. It didn't come with the stuff required to charge it so I had to get that too, go home, charge it.... Only to find out this phone was locked, when it was sold and labelled as unlocked. I had to go back again, and they exchanged it right away, and it didn't cost more, but all in all it was a mixed experience. The repair effectively bricked my phone - so getting credit for the repair, rather than for the phone itself felt like I was worse off for having come here. Then I had to fork over more money to get a new phone, which I obviously would have been better off doing in the first place instead of trying to get this repaired. I had to buy a phone without researching it, and even then it didn't work right away. The second error with the unlocked phone was a minor one, but compounded with the whole repair-wrecking-my-phone, it felt like a lot of hassle, low value, and not a great arrangement. I'm sure other people will have better experiences, but its hard for me to say it all went super well.

Had to run 4 speaker wires from controller in unfinished basement to the kitchen, which was being renovated and installer told he could cut holes anywhere as needed. Young inexperienced wire puller could not tell me best locations for speakers and ran into issues, so called in Supervisor, who I nearly kicked out of my home for being so rude as I messed up his schedule and he was told the ceiling was open. So we go things wired and when ceiling was repaired 2 gents came in to install the gear. They left a couple of greasy thumb prints on my new ceiling, and didn't have the proper tool to full cut out one speaker hole, which which my contractor completed. I don't begrudge folks making money, but for the few hours of installation effort, I paid just under $1,000 for a simple, non-complex job. And SAV does not take a cut of that I'm told, so contractors are being paid crazy amounts. Should have negotiated this on a per hour basis, perhaps you can.....

They do sell stereo equipment, but I think their TV selection is their big movers and shakers. Very impressive! I bought a gift certificate there. Very convenient!
