The drivers have no way of communicating each other (there were five of us, one Wheelchair user per Van) My van was flashing overdue service, and low fluid lights. My driver did not have a cell phone, barely spoke English, wouldn't follow my directions and so coming back took 20 minutes longer than it should have. Because they were rushed because we were late. They didn't tie down my wheelchair properly and they bounced all the way.
