It put me into deep spasm and a began a long difficult period with my back that was so hard to unravel. I never saw a chiropractor again, and went to PTs instead until... December 2024 I received a massage from his office therapist at her location (Michelle Jacobs, also INCREDIBLE). My neck and back were a MESS after working Art Basel. I was in so much pain and worried I'd take it with me to NY to take care of my parents. Michelle did wonderful things for it but... it's clear I was out of alignment. She said - GO to Dr. Grossman. I told her my story and said no. She said, trust me, he's gentle. I'd heard that before, but decided to try it, though I was full of fear the same events would occur. I went to him on a Friday. He adjusted me, and I had no negative affects. I felt some improvement, but I wasn't totally relieved, though 60% improved! He said, come back tomorrow. I hesitated. I asked her why she was so hostile and in my face for a service i prepaid $150 for, and i advised that if it cut into my 90 minutes then so be it for him to set up properly. But that no one is Allowed up while i am not Home. I let her know her customer service was horrible for the fact that i was in my apartment at 938 and she's yelling and whining on the phone to me how i could do such a thing. She proceeded to hang up and cancel our appt. I then proceeded to text saying we don't mind if we lose 5 minute of our appt and she had already cancelled our appt and made the therapist leave due to her saying i have an attitude, i am entitled and immature.
