One slight issue is that my insurance only pays for the old amalgam fillings rather than the new technology Dr. Brooksher uses. It's worth the extra cost though to have the better quality filling.

Appointments frequently ran behind schedule for nearly all of my appointments and there was little communication about delays, which made the experience frustrating. I was also concerned about professionalism. Treatment recommendations seemed inconsistent, and I left feeling unsure and not fully confident in the guidance provided. Billing was another issue. Fees were not clearly explained, and costs did not feel transparent. I was told my out of pocket portion and then was later billed for a far more expensive fee. I do understand insurances do not always pay what they say but this was not a discussion whatsoever. Overall, the experience felt more focused on charges than patient care. I hope the office can improve organization, communication, and overall professionalism.
