I'm very pleased with the doctor, however in order to see the doctor you must deal with his staff. His staff seems to be confused or not well trained. They have zero patience for their patients. Be prepared to be talked down to. Spoken to like a toddler. Even when you have specific questions, it's in imposition for his staff to talk to you. Come prepared, bring ALL of you documentation (even if it's been faxed or it's from Dr Henry) if you count on his staff to reach two inches to the right to pick up a file, they won't. I was scolded because I didn't remember one of my 6 doctors phone #. After being scolded, the receptionist literally moved her hand two inches, picked up a directory and looked up his phone #, disgustedly but looked it up. She let it be known, I was stupid for not having it at the ready. Short of calling me an idiot, the grunts, sighs, huffs, and slamming of things was to show me how I was an imposition to her. The receptionist was so impatient she wouldn't "press one to speak with the doctors assistant". Again slamming down the phone and yelling across the waiting room to my wife that "they don't answer their phone". My wife called, pressed one and immediately spoke with a live person. It just takes calm. While I was waiting, there were 4 others waiting. 3 of the 4 were spoken to in the same tone with discust. The fourth simply signed in and sat down, no words were spoken.
In short, take a Valium before having to deal with Dr Henry's staff, you'll need it. read more
