This week, I received a flyer with a Labor day sale and decided that there were some good sale items and made the trip down to the store. We knew that they were closed on Sundays, but hoped that because the sale went through the 4th, that they would be open for business on Labor Day. We got to the store and unfortunately, it was closed, but they had posted the flyer on their door, so we decided to go back on Tuesday and ask them to honor the prices that THEY advertised. The owner first started with the, "we are just a small business" babble and went from there. Edmunds has 2 stores and has been in business for over 50 years. They could have easily helped us out, but instead they turned us away and chose to turn away our business. He did not even know he had the flyer on his door and said he knew nothing about it. I will not be returning and nor should you.

Would definitely return for more doors. A comment on Kate's review - I don't understand why anyone would think that a credit of a specific discount type ($400 off delivery) could be applied to some other part of a order. If the $250 delivery fee that was negotiated (instead of a usual $400 fee) and was paid and then refunded, there is no $150 to apply somewhere else. The store's position on this makes sense to me.

Someone recommended we call Belisle Granite Counter Tops and we are very glad we did. Kim met us on her weekend day off to look at remnant pieces of granite. She took the time to go thru the granite pieces with us and even showed us how the process works. She made us an appointment the next week for templating and the following week the new countertop was installed. From start to finish is was a very smooth process and everyone we encountered from Belisle Granite Countertop were very friendly, informative and professional. We would highly recommend for your granite needs.

He cancelled via text 10 minutes prior to the appointment and we have been chasing him ever since. Lots of promises & excuses.
