There are some places, some restaurants or hotels where they immediately let you know what exactly…read morethey think of you, that very subtle snobbishness that clearly says "You don't belong here".
Thankfully, St. Regis Brasserie isn't one of these places, I never once felt unwelcome here no matter how underdressed I was, not to mention my messy hair or pimple-laden face. The service here is absolutely top notch, the staff is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Their attentiveness always leaves me with a smile.
I haven't eaten here yet, partly because I usually come here by myself and I can't justify a 150₺+ meal for just one party, I come here to read and have a drink. So the 5 star rating isn't for the food, the score is for the ambiance, their music selection, how they serve their tea or coffee, and most importantly the service.
Not everybody can afford a pricey meal, but I reckon everybody can afford a 14₺ tea or 16₺ cappuccino, which are both miles better than what you would have at any chain cafe/brasserie/coffee shop, while not being that much more expensive. So I urge you to come here, to enjoy some Ronnefelt tea or genuinely good cup of cappuccino, and read your magazine or browse your tablet or just chat and have gorgeous time with your friend. You won't regret it.
