They have a good selection of clothes. The racks in the back are pretty hit or miss, the keep them pretty organized but more often than not it's a big thumbs down of a selection. Buyer beware, if you're in the market for something specific you'll probably find it but not a great place to generally peruse.

They must think they are running a consignment store or…read moresomething. $4.99 seems to be their baseline price across the board for merchandise, and then it goes up from there. And when I say it goes up, let me tell you, IT GOES UP!!! $24.99 for a used pair of outdated Lululemon workout pants that have been sweated in/worked out in, junky sweaters from grandma's closet for $7.99, outdated shoes for $6.99, $7.99, $8.99, dirty old used bags starting at $4.99 and going up from there....Tell me when to stop. Also weird, overly aggressive shoppers, like dogs in heat, rifling through the clothing items like crazy people. The store is also filthy. Need I say more? If you think you are going to find a treasure in here think again. If you are looking for generalized home merchandise or books or little tchotchkes, save yourself the headache and go to Home Goods or Big Lots or Tuesday Morning, for an extra couple of dollars you can get brand new home items. And if high end, name brand clothes are your jam, hop on nearby I-294 and go on over to the Rosemont Factory Outlet, it's just a fifteen minute trip from here, and for ten or fifteen dollars more you can get yourself brand new, not used and sweated in, Lululemon exercise pants. Avoid this place like the plague. Shame on you, Goodwill, for your price gouging on items that are donated to you!!!

I am usually thrilled with shopping at this great resale store. I have spent alot here & have great…read morethings to say about it. Except for today. Almost any volunteer is wonderful & very friendly & kind. But today I encountered such a rude witch! I am very mellow & I bought alot as everything in the store was half off. Well, I bought so much & when I went to pay there was a beautiful black lady working the register & she is so kind & cheerful. But the woman bagging my items had a very mean attitude. She jumped on me because I removed the hangers. She demanded to know what I did with them. I told her I put the hangers on a rack. She went off on me! It took me by surprise because as I mentioned usually all the volunteers are super nice. This lady has a lousy attitude. She also told the nice clerk the wrong prices. Everything was half off & that nice lady had to correct it. The mean lady proceeded to rag on & on about how now she has to get all the hangers I hung up! I did tell her I am sorry I did not know it was so important to her. But she just acted like a jerk. I never had this experience with anyone there. The baskets are very small & I was shocked this jerk would get on me like this. I remove the hangers to make room for what I buy. She was totally out of line. I posted this on their page & I seen it was removed! Don't they care if someone is out of control working at the store? If I see her again I will not put up with her or just not reply at all. It is hard enough in this world without fools like this around. I spent $64 over there & you would think my business would be appreciated. I have shopped at other thrift & resale stores & always am treated with kindness. This lady should not volunteer if she has such a sour attitude. It is a good store but avoid the small blond with greying hair. I am 68 & do not act so crabby like her. Who ever is in charge talk to this fool & tell her to treat customers with kindness or hit the road. I am sure they can find volunteers who are nice.

Very nice things . Some things a little expensive. Overall this is a go to store. A lot of nice…read morebaby department.

This is a wonderful resale thrift shop! I go to alot of different places like this all over Ill…read more But this is the first resale shop that is wonderful in almost every way! I wish they had more hours. But what they have offers enough time for me to shop there. Such a pleasant shopping experience! My Husband luvs the store too & trust me he is not into shopping. We both had a great time! The store is super neat & the prices are low to very fair. Push baskets to shop with. Enough room to browse around. Round racks for clothing so you don't have to be in a narrow isle & in someone's way. Dressing rooms if you need them. The clothes & other items are very nice. Not junk as other stores try to sell & for high prices. The prices are good & reasonable. I go for clothes & more. But they do have a very nice selection of furniture, dishes & house items, toys, shoes, nice coats & much more. This was my first time shopping at this wonderful store. I plan to go back as much as I can. I was lucky to be there when all blue tickets of clothes were only $1! Yes, $1!. You can't even buy anything at a $1 Tree store for $1 anymore! Some things are a bit pricey but not bad at all! I love shopping at store like this. Many people donate nice clothes etc. Also I luv finding different kinds of jackets, coats, tops & more that you do not see in chain stores. The staff is very friendly greeting waiting to get in customers with a cheerful "Good Morning" & so pleasant to deal with. For the holidays I see the store has extended hours. The down side is the regular hours are only 3 weekdays open from 10 am till 4 pm. But I will take it. I am retired so very lucky I can shop here & it is not super far for us to drive to. There is a huge parking lot in the back as well. I can't wait to shop here again. For some time I was shopping at another thrift store & 1 of the volunteers was so unpleasant & mean to me. So, It looks like they lost alot of my business. This is another reason I am so happy Gerry & I finally tried this store. We always drive by it & now we can shop here & find some nice things. A very cheerful & pleasant shopping experience for sure.

I rung the doorbell and a grumpy old man with glasses came to door. No hello, no verbiage. Either he has a vocal problem or didn't want to be bothered I couldn't figure it out. He reached for a bag I placed on the ground and took it inside. He came back and thought I was going to hand him the 2nd bag which I placed it on the ground for him. A short older guy came to assist and he took the luggage and 3rd bag. He told me to have a nice day but I requested a receipt. The grump man gave it to me. The shorter guy thanked me for the donation. I know these guys volunteer their time. I just can't deal with with rudeness at any age.
