There's a nice selection of sweet and savory items. I found the individual portions of clotted cream and jam delightful as they were also quality brands. What really took me by surprise was the unlimited drinks that it comes with. My mocha was large to begin with but when we discovered we could order as many teas or espresso drinks we could handle we couldn't believe it. I could only fit in two but considering most places only allow one order of such a drink and top up water only this was such a bonus. The setting was quite lovely, if you can get a window seat even better, but there's a few trees and things scattered throughout the space. They also have breakfast and lunch menus which looked quite substantial and a dedicated kids menu which is always welcomed. The staff were very friendly too. If you do want to do high tea, they require at least 24 hrs notice, however you may get lucky if you're trying to get in last minute.

The displays are spectacular and we quite often just go in for a wander round, it is very magical for the children. You will usually find Rudolph in there somewhere along with other woodland creatures, lots of Christmas trees with brightly coloured lights, well worth a visit if you haven't been before.

I particularly like it because it is set in a walled garden with lovely views. They also have plants and garden accessories that i haven't seen at other garden centres. A good collection of bamboos, maples, acers and other oriental plants which is also why its my favourite. Well worth a visit in my opinion.

They also seem to specialise in those old style gardening tools that your granddad used for years. I used to visit here quite regularly during the summer months because they often had various pieces of garden furniture and art on display and for sale from local designers. Stuff that is very unique and often quirky and extremely stylish, definitely not the sort of thing you would get from B&Q or Homebase. These were items that would stylishly stand out in your garden and last you years.
