Doctor Izad said i would have to have eye injections. I cried like a baby. I'm scared to death of needles. My first injection I tried to be sick etc so I would not have to go. The day arrived. Doctor Izad is amazing along with his staff. I felt nothing. For all of you out there and I know there are a lot. I see you in his waiting room. please do not be afraid. I know we fear the unknown. I asked how long before they would schedule me. She said they were really busy, no apology. I looked at the therapy tables and three therapists were sitting talking and only one patient working with another therapist. I told her to call me when they had time. Eight days later and they still have not called. I stopped in this afternoon and a young man came to the front desk. I told him that no one had called me. A therapist started talking to me and said they probably didn't have my order. I told him that she showed it to me and they might as well cancel the order as I would have my Doctor write it for someone else. He said "Have a good day" and turned back to his patient. The young man said he would cancel my order. I asked him if he would like to know my name because no one had asked me. This site is not a place that I will recommend to anyone. No apologies, no professionalism and rude.
