Othmane was awesome! I called him around 1:30 today for a third quote on a spring conversion. He provided a ballpark, and sent an estimate over text once I provided pictures. The work was completed before 4 pm. He was the best priced of the three quotes I received. My garage door has never been this quiet. read more

This morning I noticed that my garage gate started to have some friction. I called Help Garage Door to get a free estimate and they came in only few hours after my call this morning. The technician looked at the gate and identified the problem right away. Apparently one of the screws was missing so he fixed it for me for free. I'm glad that it was not something more serious and I'm very very thankful to him for his honesty and a quick response! I will keep them in mind if I ever need any other repairs. read more

Highly recommend Help Garage Door! Since our garage door is basically our main entry into the house, getting it repaired quickly was a big deal for us. Our home warranty didn't cover the repair, and my dad was worried we'd end up paying hundreds. Thankfully, Othmane responded right away and arrived within 45 minutes. He was professional, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He clearly explained the issue, fixed the garage door efficiently, and even helped us set the keypad code, which we hadn't been able to figure out for years. Excellent service and a great experience overall. read more

I bought a new house but something was wrong with the garage doors. I filed 4 different claims with the builder. They sent 4 different techs out who couldn't fix it. After the warranty period, I got help garage doors to come out and look at it. He readjusted both doors and so far, it has been working perfectly fine. I still have to wait a few months to see if it continues to work but I'm a bit confident it is fixed. I'm glad I found this guy. I'm not sure if anyone else would've been able to fix this. read more

I called Othmane of Help Garage Door on a Thursday for a maintenance/repair visit, and he was able to come the very next day. My garage door had been SCREACHING for TEN YEARS and I'd just about had enough of the noise. That, and it started to have trouble closing and was making me nervous that it was only a few opens from breaking entirely. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained it to me (I needed new springs, rollers, and a tightening of the belt) and all for a totally reasonable price!! Now my garage door opens and closes like butter and it's SILENT!! HALLELUJAH!! I'd recommend him to anyone, but particularly those of us in Natomas as he's local. read more

I called just to get a maintenance and also to remove transmitter from the unit. He proceeded to spray the ball bearings, proper did not offer any lube anywhere? he did adjust the spring. I'm not sure why he said the door was heavy... next day after opening and closing the door a total of two different times I noticed noise from the unit.....I called him. He came over within 30 minutes and said the unit was old. Yes the unit was definitely old, but I did not have any issues prior to him adjusting the springs. Would've been nice if you would've offered me a discount on a new garage opener since I believe you tightening the springs caused the issue now... I wish I never allowed you to touch those springs. $$$ costly fixed now....this guy has more excuses and why he's not at fault. So hard to trust people! read more

Our garage door stopped working so my hubby found Othmane via Yelp and he's also local! He came out next morning and provided a free estimate. He had parts available and left to get them then returned very quick to fix our garage with a new spring. Othmane is professional, timely and organized. The quote was fair. We definitely recommend him for any garage service needs. read more

We had an issue with garage door running rough, and eventually coming off track. I looked for someone who could come out and messaged Help Garage Door. Othmane messaged me right back and came out the same day. He took a look at the issue and was able to fix it that same day. My fiance and I have been renovating our rental unit, and needed someone to help us figure out the best solution for our garage door. Our previous tenant somehow broke the door off the hinges and it wouldn't open or close all the way. We are not super experienced rental renovators, so we needed someone knowledgeable and honest. As we normally do, we get 3 estimates for any job we need done. The first two companies that came by, told us that we need an entire new garage door system, that the one we had was pretty much done. They both quoted on the range of almost $1K!! Along with all the other $100's of dollars we're spending to renovate, we gulped and said "universe send us a good one next!" And then Othmane showed up! He was super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about garage doors and how they function. He didn't use the "big" words so that we couldn't understand how they work and how to maintain them. He explained all the little details the "other" guys didn't! He gave us a couple of options to salvage the garage door, and quoted us a couple hundred dollars to fix it right then and there! The other guys didn't come prepared to do it right then and there. He was finished within about an hour or so, and after a few weeks of dreading the garage issue, we were done!! We HIGHLY recommend Othame/Help Garage Door for your garage door services!! read more

Panic! That's exactly how we felt when we can home to a garage door in disrepair. A cable snapped, the rails bent, and the door came off the rollers. At 1am there wasn't much we could do and our priority was simply closing the opening until help could arrive the next morning. I sent a message through Yelp and crossed my fingers. Immediately upon opening I received a reply with an estimate and could select an appointment time most convenient to me. Help arrived at the designated appointment time, and work began promptly after assessing the damage. Within an hour the expert repairs were made, and the door was perfect once again-at a phenomenal price lower than I expected! I highly recommend this service! At the time of my appointment there was a Yelp discount, but I didn't even bother because the service and technician was well worth the cost (which seemed discounted already). read more
