The building was a large one and a lot going on but the process of check in and getting to the doctor was seamless and easy. Everyone else that was been seen before him was ambulatory. Overall we have been happy with the physicians, but extremely disappointed in the office protocold. Taking the sickest first makes sense, but this was not the case both times we have used NOW Care.
