Jackson Hewitt manager sits there and says nothing. He just looks confused at the screen, and sits on hold on the phone. Poorly run. Jackson Hewitt called us to set an appointment, and we confirmed before leaving the house. 3 hours later we returned home, taxes still not done.

I really appreciate having a credit union centrally located. They do provide a convenient "interactive teller machine" feature on the ATM, which video chats with a live staff person at their corporate head quarters. My experience overall has been positive. I only used Connex for a car loan, but definitely would recommend them to people looking for financial services.
