If you go here avoid stylist Jaicee. She claimed to be experienced in extensions, but that was far…read morefrom the truth. She made a mockery out of my hair. Her installation was a matted mess and started coming out 3 days afterward. She charged me for Bellami hair, yet sold me some used hair scraps. She also charged me for overnight shipping when Bellami offers free 2 day shipping. (50.00) The extensions did not arrive overnight and when asked a tracking number she told me the order number was all she was given. All lies. When I went back to her with concerns of the extensions falling out she told me it was my own hair that was falling out and offered to pick up some Nioxin, L'anzia and some oil for me at the supply house. She quoted me $160.00 but when I got the products they were not what we discussed and she only got me the trial size bottles. She also told me I gave her a $60.00 tip which was absolutely ridiculous to assume. Who tips 60.00 for only products. She is scandolous and threatens people when they complain about her work I have been told. Although she never threatened to beat me up, she has threatened two other clients of hers who reached out to me through a post I made reviewing her on a social media platform. Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs. I can't say I know about the other stylists at Maximum Image, but I can speak from experience about Jaicee's work. **also their description is false. They are NOT the only salon in the valley offering spray tans. **

I've been having my hair "blonded" for several years now. I'm actually a brunette. I wanted to go lighter, but had trouble finding somebody willing to lighten my hair because they were worried about it being too brassy. I am absolutely blown away at how beautiful my hair turned out. It's gorgeous! She also cut my hair exactly as I asked for. Lots of times stylist are afraid to cut my bangs as short as I like but she did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be back to have her do my hair again. Even if it takes two hours to get there!. Thanks, Cassie! I feel beautiful.

I don't even know where to begin as there are just so many things wrong with this gym. To be…read morehonest, I am completely unsure how the health department hasn't stepped in to address some of the more unsanitary issues I noticed. I was a member for only a couple of months. It's a bit deceptive with their marketing tactics of what they have to offer. Sure they offer a pool, hot tubs in the locker rooms, an indoor 'track' and more. What they fail to tell you is the list of things wrong with all they offer. STAFF: When I initially joined Advope, I had inquired about taking some initial measurements to track my progress. I was told they don't do that. I inquired about fitness / weight loss challenges and was told that they don't do them as there isn't much of a 'community' vibe and people just workout and leave. The girl even said she was leaving in two weeks and 'didn't mind being honest'. Basically, if you need anything that normal gyms offer that involves a staff member, don't bother. You're on your own. Fine, I can deal with that but there are bigger issues at hand. A couple weeks later I inquired about personal training. The male staff I spoke with handed me a flyer and told me to email him. Way to upsell! (Not). Potential sales opportunities lost. I took my personal training $$$ to another gym. Staff was rarely around and when they were, it was staff social hour at the front desk. Not at all helpful and I was often left wondering where management was. FACILITIES: I could spend forever going on about how outdated the equipment is. I'm pretty sure most of it is left over from Jane Fonda's workout days in the 80's-90's. And the 'track'?!?? It's no track. It's a path of carpet surrounding the weight room that is almost always blocked by teenagers or equipment not put away. Don't even bother. You can get better laps in running around the parking lot. The swimming pool is always cold and dirty. You can see numerous complaints about this on here and their FaceBook page so they are aware of the issue and do nothing about it. The cardio equipment has gunk built up in the crevices and you practically have to pound on the buttons to get them to work. Most disgusting of all are the hot tubs. They claim they clean them on a 'weekly' basis. However, in all of my visits I never even once saw the women's hot tub clean. It was dirty and murky and even had a distinctive odor to it. Staff even had notes about these things written on their clipboards hanging in plain sight at the front desk (see the pic I am uploading). So even after numerous complaints over several months and their own written documentation, they still do nothing to address the issues. Someone needs to get the health department involved. I could go on and on but your u get the point. Adcope is not a place to get healthy. It's a place to flashback to the 80's, chase staff around for answers, and potentially get sick from its unsanitary practices. Avoid it and save your money. There are much better options throughout the LC Valley. UPDATE: Soooo glad I asked for a copy of my cancellation form when I cancelled. They have attempted to charge me for ongoing membership in addition to fees etc 3 months after the original cancellation. Left messages for management to call me 2x. No response so I initiated charge backs via my bank. Per my bank, they have yet to even respond to those charge backs. This place is a joke and management is completely unresponsive.

Reviews in the LC Vally are so sparse! But liked what a reviewer said about Beauty Nails so I called and made appointment. Small place, looked like 4 nail stations and 1 pedicure chair. Got there and right to work they went. I did not get the name of the technician but boy howdy! She knew what she was doing. Quick, efficient, skilled. Without a doubt the best acrylic nail experience I have had. Nails look great, best I have ever seen them. I will definitely be looking to Beauty Nails for my future manicure/ pedicure needs.

I really wish I could recommend this place, as I know it's been a part of the community for years…read more I went there for the first and last time last week. The space is cluttered and does not feel very clean. The ladies working there were friendly enough, but it definitely had that assembly line feel. Get 'em in, get 'em out. I only got a pedicure and it was mediocre at best. I had to clean up my right foot when I got home. The thing that got me the most was that the lady cut me with her cheese grater thing and was like, "oh well". No apology, no checking if I was alright. I made it very clear that she'd cut me. Like I said, it's been around forever, but they could certainly try to do better. Especially when there's far superior in the valley.
