First of all, in full disclosure, I have not used this business for moving, but I have experienced the driving skills, or lack thereof, of the moving crew. While driving North on Main Street in Moose Jaw, the moving truck for this company came very close to side-swiping my car. Their truck was driving slowly but erratically, and because of the tight lanes of this street I was not able to move out of the way. The closer their truck got, the more they moved out of their lane and into mine, coming within inches of scraping the entire side of my vehicle. At the very last second I honked and did my best to move my car out of the way, only to watch their truck continue to swerve in and out of its own lane in my rear-view mirror.
I wanted to let the driver know what almost happened, so I turned to follow the truck, which continued to swerve the entire next few blocks to their destination (my wife and I were almost concerned the driver might have been intoxicated it was so erratic, but the real reason was a doozy, keep reading). We confronted the driver about the situation and he laughed, telling us that "yeah, I saw you swerve away from me. I was like two feet away but I didn't hit you at least." He apologized (at least) but told us the reason he drove out of his lane was because he was reading the directions to his destination on the invoice. We asked him who his manager was so we could tell them about the situation, and he informed us that he in fact was the manager.
Again, I have not used this company for moving, but if you are considering using them, just know that your goods are not in good hands. The manager laughs off serious situations that could have endangered lives and openly admitted to be driving without due care and attention. Incompetent, irresponsible, and reckless. Hello Delivery? Goodbye Delivery. Not sure if he was blind or lacking in the brains department because one of the two was missing. read more
