To be fair, I probably should have seen them adding it as it was a few feet away from me that they were cooking. They seemed insistent on putting broccoli in everything, which I hate, but which I imagine they'd omit if you asked. But even setting that aside the dish itself wasn't as flavorful or as interesting as it can be when done well. It was a tad bland and not spicy enough, nor filling enough for the price.
