When I went up to buy the rest of the pieces , The manager took them ALL AWAY into the back without even showing me or even giving me a chance to purchase what I had picked out and tried on, Wow!!!! It's like she used me to source out items to then change them to a higher ticketed price for another time when they were clearly tagged!!! It's not like the quality of these items were worth that much . She Left me feeling completely shocked and drained. Be careful of this manager switching pieces prices and even taking items back . one of worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Staff is very passionate about their store and will even sell you opposite sex clothing if you look at it. Amazing mix of housewares, jewelry, footwear, clothing, games and the like. I contacted this business on Yelp and Jerry was super responsive. I decided to go down to Main Street (I avoid this area like the plague bc it's so busy) but it was well worth the trip. His booth is inside a building with multiple businesses and his is on the left side about halfway in. It was a Saturday so it was busy. He was so friendly, personable and honest. He cut the anklet, added the clasp and it came out very good. He finished within 25 min or so while I waited. I loved giving my business to this small business and nice guy. Thank you!

Wanting him to take ownership over the experience rather than me just buying whatever i suggested we go shopping together and he asked could we make it a jewelry store. The great reviews lead us to Candy's on a quiet rainy afternoon. The only ones in the store he was made to feel like a king, asking all sorts of questions as kids his age do and wanting to more or less see everything. Candy was beyond patient and helpful, letting him see the pieces in the price range I'd mentioned and put them side by side so he could make his choice. In the end he picked out the necklace he like best and was thrilled that we walked out with it giftwrapped, bagged and ready to go for mommy. I have been a customer here many times and found the work average. Recently I brought Two gold…read morerings into Candys Jewelers to be sized up. I was quoted a flat fee price, the shop sized my finger for the rings, when I received them they were too big! I was informed there was an additional fee to "re size" the rings. I also sold several rings with stones in them for scrap, Candys did not pop out the stones which I later found out reputable jewelers do, nor did I get itrmized bills of jewelry I sold her. Expensive lesson learned. My message here is know your jewelry and shop around.
