Hannah made it pretty easy for me. Later, Hannah reviewed a real estate contract. She broadened my thinking about the deal and implications of various clauses. She gave clear, insightful ideas and sent me away with things to research In 2018 I looked for a trust attorney and wanted to work with Hannah. She was too busy to take my case, but she quickly reviewed some paperwork on a weekend, answered a few questions, and saved me from sleepless nights. Hannah referred me to a great attorney so I felt well cared for, even if I couldn't work directly with her. She's made legal stuff understandable and actionable. It's a bonus that Hannah's brilliant, organized and nice. If you need a lawyer with Hannahs's specialties, I highly recommend contacting Hannah.

The Law Office of Felicia C. Curran provided us with a better-than-expected…read moreoutcome in a lawsuit regarding the abuse and wrongful death of our elderly loved one. While engaging with her over the course of the lawsuit, it was easy to see that she had a passion regarding her specialty in elder abuse and she showed great compassion for our family who was suffering from the impact of an early loss of our loved one due to the defendants' neglect and abuse. She demonstrated excellent judgement from her years of experience in similar lawsuits and provided us with excellent counsel at each decision point in the case. She was a good listener and asked key questions to gather the necessary facts from the family, which was followed up with additional evidence gathering to prove the case. Her perseverance was on display several times considering the defendants' attorneys stone walling and use of questionable tactics that did not deter her and her team. If it were not for her ability to connect the trail of evidence together and find the proper experts who could concretely identify the specific data points that could tie the responsibility to the defendants' errant behaviors, this lawsuit would not have been as successful, and family would not have achieved the heightened level of closure that we received. We would definitely recommend the Law Office of Felicia C. Curran for elder abuse cases.

Both Dan and Darcy met all of my expectations with their organized approach and attention to detail! I worked with Dan to update my trust, will, power of attorney and health directive. I had a general outline in mind which, through great listening skills, he turned into legal documents that will stand the test of time. I had also pondered tax implications surrounding my decisions, and to my pleasant surprise, Dan was also versed in this (a masters in Taxation). He is a wealth of information and this process was seamless and not as costly as I'd anticipated (less than my original trust created 25 years ago--and Dan re-wrote everything from scratch not just updated what I already had). I would highly recommend Dan Quane for your trust needs.

HORRIBLE...STAY AWAY. Read Fiona's responses to bad reviews…read moreand notice that she always has "an excuse" and never truly takes responsibility. I hired Fiona because I needed to file for custody due to my Ex refusing to let me see our daughter. Fiona made poorly written declarations, filled incomplete and missing paperwork and apparently does not understand the law in which she practices. On our FIRST court date, Fiona showed up unprepared to court and got the Judge so upset that he walked off to his chambers. The Judge then handed me 23% custody and awarded Mother with primary custody of the child...DESPITE...Joint custody being the default for California. Fiona FAILED to argue the law as NO evidence was ever presented that shows me to have committed anything that would result in me having limited or reduced time with the child. Fiona FAILED to realize that there was NO FINDINGS OF FACTS that supported the Judges decision. Fiona also FAILED to argue Family Code 3170 (a) in that neither parties have attended mediation prior to this FIRST court date. Fiona Failed to properly prepare me for Mediation that followed our first Court date and the paper work that Fiona filed for my Divorce was incomplete so my divorce got stuck in limbo. Again..Fiona would only give me excuses and never took responsibility for her screwing up my case so badly. I ultimately fired Fiona and she was more than eggar to hand my case to someone else. I found out later that Fiona over charge me and I had to involve other agencies to get her to refund me what she over charged. Fiona screw up my entire case from the very beginning and causes irreparable damage to my daughter. Luckily, I found a NEW Lawyer who knew the law and could argue it. My daughter NOW lives with me because of a professional and not someone like Fiona, who in my opinion, is a horrible person that will only bleed you dry while giving you excuses.
