I don't know if this is the proper title for this building or anything, but you know the one I'm talking about: the office block with the big Heineken sign on the south side of O'Connell bridge.
With it's tinted windows, this building is the closest Dublin is going to get to a Citigroup-style skyscraper, and is one of the few office buildings in Dublin that does not make you wretch at the sight of it.
While it is currently adorned with a Heineken sign and a clock that it is impossible to tell the time from, it used to grace a Guinness sign and clock it is impossible to tell the time from, so presumably the building is owned or otherwise affiliated with Diageo. who presumably don't have much time for clocks (Ha! Do you see what I did there?).
Definitely one of Dublin's better office blocks (though that would not necessarily be too difficult). read more
