I came back and they said must be software issue, charged me 30 eur to reinstall the OS. Didnt solve the problem. I came back they said maybe it's the battery they can fix it for 200 eur. I said no thanks you failed to fix it the first two times give me my money back please. They said no we can't know whether you caused the problem again between the repairs cause you waited too long to come back (I was travelling a lot). These guys obviously have no quality control on their "repairs" and very poor customer service. I would give them less than 1 star if I could since they didn't improve the situation at all and took hundreds of euros for it.

They might be competent. I can't tell, as they weren't able to get round to servicing my laptop in…read morethe nine days they kept it. I then insisted I needed it back, unseen to. When I had dropped it off, employee said they'd need a couple of days, and the pick-up ticket I received was for their standard five working days service. That is pretty long already, but they hadn't even looked at my machine when I rang one week later. I then decided to fetch my Laptop just before the Easter Holidays, and the guy had just started servicing it. I then had to pay €40 for one hour's work removing some unneeded Virus Scans. That's all he had gotten round to in nine days !!! I am not impressed.
