I was very disappointed with my experience at this dermatology office. The doctor spent less than a…read moreminute examining my daughter skin concern and did not take the time to listen to my full history or understand the possible cause of the problem. I felt that medication was prescribed very quickly without a thorough evaluation or discussion of other possible approaches, such as patch testing. The appointment felt rushed, almost like patients were being moved through on a conveyor belt. I did not feel heard, and I was concerned that there was little effort to investigate the underlying reason for my symptoms rather than simply treating them with pills. I also had difficulty getting a response after the appointment, as my calls were not returned. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but patients deserve adequate time, careful attention, clear communication, and appropriate follow-up. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that I received the thorough care I expected.

I scheduled a 430 appointment with them and when I got there, they told me they don't do hair removal at 4:30. Go figure??
