During the morning we were trying to find a locksmith that wouldn't charge the earth and had acceptable reviews. We finally got a German friend to call Herr Ebrahimi, since our German is very basic. We settled an appointment for 5 in the afternoon. He arrived on time and had opened our door in less than five minutes. Fast, great service, really nice guy, and didn't try to talk us into having to completely change our locks or anything more expensive like this kind of services often do.
