Went here to pick up some uniforms for school, the employees were very helpful and even knew my school's requirements. They said embroidering uniforms would take 3-5 days, but they finished in 2 days! You can't bring a purse inside, but they will lend you a clear bag--- no reason to leave a one star review for this either. Everything was reasonably priced, and they had multiple sales tables for shoes, uniforms, shirts, badge clips, and more. Also, they sell Brumate!!! These are my favorite cups for making smoothies. If I could give this small business zero stars I would! I recommend giving your business to someone who respects their clientele and customer base without making customers feel like thieves, criminals or being profiled. Customers are screened at the door about NO bags which include small handbags and small crossbodys by an associate making noises like we're animals to stop us from going too far into the store...and the "owner" is a social media bully with a nasty attitude if you have a negative review. People are entitled to their opinion when you run a "business" and sell merchandise and to express their experience without a clap back with trash attitude because the owners can't take criticism or open their eyes to other options besides running off their clientele. I came in today for a pick up and an exchange. When I went in with my bag of exchange clothing I was stopped and told the bag needs to be up front- so they took it (I had no problem) once I found what I needed to get I went to the front & they had my bag fully opened with my items out. I thought this was a bit disrespectful- you can wait till I'm up front no need to remove my items. Other than that they're very inpatient every time. I stopped in tonight to make a quick purchase. Apparently they have had problems with theft so their solution is to penalize the rest of the paying patrons. You have to leave your purse in the car or give it to them to put behind the counter. You can take valuables out and put them in a clear bag. No thank you! First of all, how do I know I can trust your staff with my things? Second, if locals know you are doing this, they can now see people return to their cars and put their purses in the car which is now perfect to break into. Maybe you should hire security in your store or in your parking lot if I have to put my purse in the car. Security in the store would help probably better. If someone is going to steal, they can run out the store wearing the shoes they are trying on or just layer the scrubs under their clothes. Thanks for treating the rest of us like thieves. read more

Today was my first visit to this store. On the door to enter there was a sign that said no purses allowed, only wristlets or wallets. Upon entering, there was a large chalkboard front and center that said no purses, only wallets or wristlets. The young lady at the register said I could leave my purse in the car or at the register. I realized that instead of being treated as a potential valued customer, I was being treated as a potential thief instead. How sad! I decided that I would just spend my money elsewhere. I realize that theft is hurting local businesses, but when everyone is being impacted in such a demeaning way, the owners should look at their policies to deter the thieves, not the customers. This is why so many people are choosing to buy online instead of wasting their time with these ridiculous policies. Hope they can rethink how they're doing business. : ( read more

Discrimination/Prejudice Behavior! If I could give 0 stars I would! I visited this establishment yesterday to make a purchase, my Mom accompanied me & my daughter about 1-2 mins after us. She was then approached about 2 mins after getting in the store (after finding us) and was told she could not bring in her purse and would have to leave it in her car. We later found out that this rule was posted on the door which seems to be ok but my Mom didn't feel comfortable leaving her pocketbook in the car so decided not to make her purchases but was going to the car until she saw someone of another ethnicity shopping in the store with her purse. My mom pointed this out to the staff and was told "oh her purse is smaller than yours". (My mom didn't have a large tote it was a small bag) The staff goes on to say "we are just trying to keep down on theft ma'am". My mom goes to the car and calls the manager who was super unhelpful and said I don't know what we can do about that. Two employees were discussing what happened on the floor I was only able to hear bits and pieces. My Mom called me right after she got off the phone with the manager this is when I put the convo I heard together. I went on to make the necessary purchases I needed for class (I couldn't put off my purchases. I was frustrated to be that position. I decided to complain also until I saw two other ladies with purses, one at the counter now making a purchase (of another ethnicity) whom I coincidentally knew. She was making a purchase with her purse that can be said was the equivalent size of my mothers just shaped a little different. I pointed out to the lady allowed to shop and make her purchases with her purse that my Mom was in the car and was sent out because she had a purse (that she would also utilize to make purchases). This will be my last time ever visiting this establishment as they showed prejudice behaviors. I have always had the best experiences when I have went into Heidi's! The ladies never make you feel like you are being hovered, but are always there to help find sizes. They always give the best advice about which uniform fits what body style the best!! read more

Went to Heidi's with my adult daughter with special needs to get her 1st lab coat for her 1st job. Chose Heidi's because of their long standing reputation in the area. Initial clerk had no idea where to begin to find a lab coat to fit. Second clerk was able to narrow down the search to find a size and style she liked. Went to the counter to check out. Made a statement to my daughter that this material may not be able to be embroidered with her name. To which the clerk said that it certainly could and gave a the form to fill out, samples of fonts & color threads to choose from. The ONLY positional choices we had were either the left or right chest. No other explanation regarding position. Her name was a total of 17 characters long (including the space between 1st & last name). So she picked her font & thread color, we paid for everything & left excited. Looking forward to seeing HER name on HER lab coat! A few short days later I get a call from Heidi's and they left me the message that her lab coat was ready but wanted me to know that her name was "partially" covered with the lapel but that could be remedied by ironing it over a bit. I went to Heidi's to pick up the lab coat. I couldn't believe it, her ENTIRE 1st name was covered by the lapel! I asked the clerk about it, wondering why the person doing the embroidery didn't realize this before they began & asked if that was going to be ok? Surely they had to move the lapel to do the embroidery! Had I been asked, we could've opted to have her 1st name above her last, or just her 1st name, etc. The poor clerk didn't know what to do so she offered to bring it up with her manager and have her call me. That was a good start. I left the lab coat. The "manager" called me a couple days later, to talk about the situation. She explained to me that there was really nothing they could do about it. "The embroidery was done to a "standard" distance from the shoulder seam and that most people just tack the lapel over." REALLY?! People find this acceptable?! You can take just about anything & have it embroidered at the kiosk in the mall and placed nearly anywhere on a garment, bag, etc. so long as there is ROOM for it. No remorse, no recourse. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Walk in the door, 3 employees standing at the counter talking, one other customer in there and no one offers to help me. I walk the ENTIRE store and nobody has yet to ask me if I need help. I excuse myself to the group if 3 employees chatting so that I can get in a fitting room and they IGNORE me. After a minute one of them finally acknowledges me and comes over. When I ask the cashier about their lack of customer service and do they usually try to help people, she says "usually the customer will let us know if they need help". Really?!?!?! I said, they shouldn't have to!!! Totally disgusted. read more

I'm about to start CNA classes so I had to buy scrubs in a specific color. I had never bought scrubs before, but I was welcomed as soon as I came in and was given a brief rundown of the store's layout when they realized I was a newbie. I had great customer service the entire time I was there. They were also kind enough to order a top my size from another store when I found a top and bottom pair I loved, and I was able to go back and pick it up within a few days.
