Liefs accused One of Gieco's people of punching one of their own people. What a mess. Just because the two of them are going at each other. I am getting the worst treatment ever from both LIEFS and Gieco. And my own insurance company won't extend my rental car or anything. This is a review for GEICO in general…read more I never thought i'd write a positive review for an insurance agent, but i have been in 2 car accidents in the past 2 years which resulted in my car being totaled. In neither instance was i at fault. In both cases, Geico was amazing to work with. They were prompt and explained the process very clearly to us, offered better appraisals of vehicles than the at-fault party's insurance, and were in general very awesome. They cut me a check for the vehicles within a week. I couldn't be more grateful!

I was recently in a jury involving a client having to sue their own insurance company: Geico for the service they had paid for, but was refused. I was the Jury Foreman and it did not take us long to deliberate. We just wish we could have given her more. It was horrible what Geico had put her through to get what she deserved, and the lengths they went to try and prove their weak case, so I would strongly recommend against that company. I have had 3 minor fender benders while with Farmers over the last decade and they had not given me any grief getting my rig fixed in the timely manner. Farmers even settled one case of what seemed to be insurance fraud of a guy I barely tapped leaving no visible damage to either vehicle. I have had a good experience with Farmers. I am no fan of insurance companies. Low cost is swell, but if you get no service when you need it that is still money wasted. I hope this helps.

I have been through State Farm, Progressive, Travelers, and GEICO, and let me tell you, Liberty Mutual has been THE best auto and homeowner insurance provider for me and my family. Sadly, my previous insurance agent, Chad Evett, left LM. However, Ward Klicke took over and has done an excellent job as my new agent. I see why he is a lead role. I am in the process of moving and we have a bit of a unique situation. Ward was very patient, kind, and prompt with our requests. He was quick to get our new mortgage lender the information they needed to make our transition as smooth as possible. Ward is incredibly responsive and it is clear he cares about getting his work done right and doing right by his clients. Kudos to Liberty Mutual as a whole for the refund they gave their customers for COVID relief. They didn't have to, but since they did, they have earned my loyalty. This is just a solidifier on top of the amazing rates and customer service I have received over the past year. Aside from Ward, other representatives I have spoken with at LM have been competent and easy to contact.
