And as I suspected, without any of the ladies that ignore people with intention, the absence of their peer pressure allowed this guy some humanity. He said both "Hi" and"how are you?" I decided last year that I had to do something about my weight. I got up to nearly 350 pounds by the time I decided to act. After seeking medical help with the initial weight loss, I had to do something to eliminate the fat I couldn't lose with diet alone and I wanted to become more healthy as well. I found Arman on Yelp and after a short conversation, I decided to engage his services. I was immediately put at ease with his personal approach. I think Arman recognized that I was not anywhere near my comfort area so he took the time to fully explain the process, and made sure that I was satisfied with how we would proceed, answering any questions that had before we began. Arman explained that we would be engaged in a combination of weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and regular swimming, explaining the purpose of each. He also modified my nutritional targets, providing a guideline for calorie goals, and maximum intake of carbohydrates and various sugars. I'm nearly complete with my third month. I broke through the weight loss wall I reached with diet alone, losing nearly 20 pounds in these three months. But more importantly I feel better. People notice the difference when they see me and what's more, I've noticed.

Through her personalized, highly detailed nutrition plan, which is full of options that prevent me from feeling deprived, Lyndsie has helped me make permanent food changes for better health and to support progress in the gym. Regarding the serious health ailments, I'm glad to report that my last physical exam 8 months ago yielded a nearly perfect bill of health! The most important improvement came from my excellent blood test results, which led to the discontinuation of several medications. My doctors were both shocked and extremely happy for me. No matter what your fitness goals are, I am certain that Lyndsie will be more than able to help you get there. She is diligent, compassionate, intuitive and accommodating. I've discovered a new confidence and a drive to stay healthy. Training with her is entirely worth the investment in myself.
