Had renters insurance along with my car insurance and this office blatantly lied and convinced my girlfriend to also get the exact same renters insurance policy I had. When asked he admitted we had NO need for the exact same policy twice. I immediately cancelled all my services and he offered no form of compensation. Very disappointed he was ok losing my business over 160 dollars. Would give zero stars if I could!
