Something is not right here. Caution to any potential customer! P.S. How can you take money before work is done??? Odd! And now that I have posted this I finally get a reply that he will refund the service fee only. That is not what they told me on the phone. I guess I will just let the credit card company figure this out. If I'm only getting the service fee back then I should get the materials that he claims he ordered as they are mine now that I paid for them right???? Also never signed any contract. If they plan on giving me the materials I would like an itemized cost list before I accept them.

It looks like they serve a large area, so when I called I was told that they would be in the Richmond area on Wednesday and estimated the timeline of 11-1pm when I called Monday. The interaction was super quick and cordial. I did a search using Yelp, contacted someone I've used before and others sent me a quote. The company I used previously did not work on Samsungs. Professional Appliance Repair responded and told me to give them a call which I did. Talked to them and they were up front telling me $79 for the service call and if they find the issue and fix it they charge would go towards it. This also happened to be a rental home I manage so they asked me for the tenants number so they can work with them as far as time line. Everything was seamless, they came out to the house that morning and worked with the tenant. They found an issue with the sensors, which required that they order the part. They indicated it would take 3-4 days or so to get the part in. They got the part in the following Monday and fixed it. They accept venmo which is what I ended up paying through. Overall great experience and super responsive. I would totally use them again for the rental and my own home!

People--hire professionals for electrical work!! I'm a DIY guy but DIFY when it comes to electrical. They were running a bit late but at least I got a courtesy call to let me know. I don't mind them begin busy and pushing out a appointment as long as they call -- Which he did!! late without a call with cost ya 2 stars!! LOL A call costs ya nothing!! They arrived and were very professional and they were even gearing up with the booties as to not track in the house. Nice added benefit when they care about the homeowners property!! Tyler and his co worker (Sorry missed or forgot his name--Great guy tho!) checked all the outlets on the circuit and diagnosed the problem. Showed me the issue and explained to me in detail what the issue was and what they were going to do to resolve it. He swapped out a couple older rusted outlets. Tyler did not have all the items he needed on his truck but has promised to stop back in a couple days to add the weather protective covers to the outdoor outlets!! As long as they stop back, the 5 star will hold. Would definitely use them again.
