The only issue we had was some of the big branches were left on the road for about a week before they came back to pick them up but they eventually did scoop them up. As far as pricing goes they seem to be in line with what other companies are charging, removing tree anything is not cheap. But as you watch them he realize it is a pretty risky job and I'm sure their insurance costs are pretty expensive.
