History

Established in 2022.

Heffner Life Coaching began in 2022 when I, myself, experienced burnout from my profession after 25 years. I realized I can help people just like myself because I have experienced what they are going through. Furthermore, I have experienced business life at small companies large companies, home offices, remote offices, and as a business owner.

Meet the Business Owner: Carl H.

Carl has spent 25 years in Sales and Project Management. After going through severe burnout, Carl took some time off to focus on the direction he wanted his life to go. After consulting with a number of professionals and friends, Carl came to realize that what he enjoyed most was working with people - specifically, those who are experiencing burnout and difficulties at work that others just don't get. Thus, was born Heffner Life Coaching
