After the new roof was on I had leaks and had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to fix it. When I said I would have someone else fix it they threaten to void my warrantee. So water came into my house while I waited weeks for them to address it and then the same spot leaked again. The owner is a nightmare. Several people in my neighborhood used them and almost all of them had very disappointing experiences. I would give negative stats if I could.
