But even more exciting is the amount of amazing ceremonial and decorative items, as wells as just some really fun everyday home life stuff, cook books, baking ware, toys, games and even fun pet stuff. The team was very friendly and helpful. I almost bought a cookbook. I decided to leave it, it gives me another reason to take a trip over the bridge back to my hometown, Brooklyn. We've had several issues in the past, but yesterday was one of the worst. We placed an online order for in-store pickup. Normally, when something is listed as available for pickup, you expect to just go and collect it. But when we sent someone to pick it up, they said it wasn't ready and that it would take "a few days." If we needed it in a few days, we wouldn't have chosen in-store pickup--we needed it the same day. There's no clear instruction online that you have to call ahead. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. A cashier named Ronit gave our messenger the wrong items, even though we sent very clear instructions and photos on the phone. When we called to clarify, instead of apologizing she was rude and defensive, blaming us and saying we could always come back and exchange. Of course, we know we could exchange--but that means paying for a messenger twice. Why not just follow the instructions the first time? The lack of responsibility and professionalism really stood out. If this is the kind of service you're okay with, then shop here--but personally, we don't recommend it. There are plenty of other Judaica stores in the neighborhood with much better service.

Instead of things going from bad to worse, everything felt as if there was a world of healing. The care and attention to my needs was IMPORTANT in their hearts. This is unheard of in these days. Not only were they able to meet the need of having my wife's wedding ring for Christmas, they found the perfect match for that beautiful ring. It was serendipitous. I purchased a beautiful set of diamond ear rings for my princess. And, because my wife's birthday is in February, I managed to get a very generous deal on the matching diamond necklace. These days are rough. There's practically zero love, or care in the business world, but this was special. I found a God send in Malsons jewelers. The staff were all so kind, going above and beyond for this perfect stranger. Caring enough to expedite a repair at a very busy time of year and getting it done. I came to your store today to find a simple bag to put a small urn of ashes of my recently deceased Yorkie as I am giving his original owner a small portion of his ashes. I went into the store and spotted a plain white bag that I felt was perfect for my pets ashes and urn. I took the first bag and I didn't see the tears on the sides until I was out in the sunlight. I walked in a politely asked to exchange the bag and immediately the woman who checked me out started yelling at me. She then loudly said go and get a new one and make sure you check it first! The store is really small and half way up the aisle, she calls me an asshole. I continued back to find a bag that wasn't damaged and I returned to the counter and told her "You know lady. It was probably some one that tested the bag with something too big and put it back. And you didn't have to call me an asshole. She denied calling me an asshole but I told her I'm only 52 years old. My hearing is fine. In any case, your store is great economical resource for the community but the nasty lady has go to go. She evidently has a bug up her ass and thinks she has the right to call your customers names with no consequences. Honestly the bag was $2.08 and yes maybe I could have checked it better but I have been in a fog over the death of my pet.
