Under Emily's care I was so happy with her treatment for my weight loss that now she's my nurse practitioner! The entire office has exceptional women working there! I called them, Superwoman!! They all bring something special to the table!! I was so impressed by this office that I transferred my private care patient who lives with me permanently to their office to receive treatment! I would rather not divulge into too much detail, but I've never been to an appointment where the receptionist told I had to reschedule. Did she not expect me to be disappointed after I went through all the trouble of waiting two weeks for an appointment and having to find coverage for work? I was also very confused about what she was telling me. I was supposed to be seen for a disorder that effects my cognitive ability.. She became very rude when I was trying to ask her how to fix the problem with my medical record. After all the other unmentioned hoops she had made me jump through, I told her to just forget about it and began to walk out. "Have a nice day!" She called out in an extremely condescending voice. The whole conversation was in earshot of the waiting room too. I've never felt so ashamed and embarrassed. Especially at a doctor's office!

This due to billing, the outsourcing of the call center, and not being able to speak to someone in the office. Talking to an actual billing person is near impossible. Every time I am in the office there is always a new charge for something. I have also found in my EOB's that there are charges that aren't even covered with my insurance or the services have been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will have to leave because of this issue. My medical is expensive enough, I don't need the headache of trying to figure out their mess every time I have an appointment.
