I have had the peat smoked and beech smoked salmon, couldn't get any better. Also the smoked salmon pate is wonderful, but the smoked scallops have to be the best ever. May seem a little expensive, but worth every bite. When ordering on line or on the phone, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would strongly recommend. read more
