She referred me to the hospital to get checked out properly asap so I showed up at their ER on a Wednesday. The front desk nurse advised me to expect long waiting time since the hospital was at capacity, but my initial processing actually took place within 30 min. The doctors at the ER were quite concerned about my blood pressure as well so I was officially taken in and a bed was requested for me. Over the next couple of days, the hospital turned me upside down to make sure they I did not have any heart or kidney problems. They did a lot of different tests and finally found a medication combination that would take the blood pressure down. I was pretty impressed with the short waiting times and the friendly service the doctors and nurses provided. Everyone was really friendly and tried to be very transparent with everything that was happening or supposed to happen. Even the night nurse was really nice when my elderly roommates used the call button a few times each night. I am only deducting 1 star because the food really sucked (as usual in hospitals - at least from my experience :/), their cafeteria is only open from 10 to 3 and does not have a lot of food options, and they did not even provide hand soap in the bathrooms (what are you supposed to do if you are hospitalized without notice? I think this is a big NoNo and all of my 3 roommates at the hospital agreed).

Doctors frequently prescribe it for high cholesterol because it thins the blood. What they fail to realize in my case is that one of my medications prohibits the use of NSAID. It can cause bleeding. When I was taking Bayer I noticed I bruised easily. I suggest you eat spinach to thin your blood. Now when doctors ask if I take it daily I tell them why I don't. They've stopped asking me. Some of these over the counter quick cures are not for everyone. I advise you to do personal research before you take this or any other Over the Counter Medication. When I did take Bayer I liked the Chewable.

Bayer is one of the largest such companies and they have business operations in both human and veterinary pharmaceuticals; consumer healthcare products; agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products. If you've taken an aspirin (as I have) then you're a Bayer customer. Or perhaps prontosil, the first widely used antibiotic (and subject of the 1939 Nobel Prize in Medicine) or maybe the more advanced antibiotic ciprofloxacin which I have also taken. Maybe you're popped an Aleve to relieve pain or given your dog a K9 Advantix? Yep, we're all Bayer customers. Bayer has been on a mergers and acquisitions binge, picking up Schering, Merck and Monsanto. The Monsanto acquisition was a record for a German company, landing at some $66 billion. And after this week's hassles and headaches, I'll be taking another one of those Bayer aspirin. Good stuff. [Review 15911 overall - 141 in Germany - 1416 of 2021.]
