Shawn was very helpful, courteous, and professional without being overly pushy. After trying a number of juices, he offered to help me out with my new box mod that just came in the mail. It's not one of the more complicated devices, but I took him up on it anyway. I'm glad I did as he discovered my new tank had been shipped with a burnt out wick somehow. Having had nothing to do with the factory defect, and in spite of not having seen a tank in the particular configuration mine was in, he replaced the wick for free. Outstanding place & the penultimate in customer service locally.

The man working in the shop at the time was on the phone the entire time we were there. He seemed annoyed when I asked for help, and his attitude seemed to sound like he was talking down to me. But, aside from this, their selection of everything is great and extensive and they have a lot of different options for your budget. Last night, I got a simple but very nice oil rig pipe for $50, nail included (unlike a more expensive one I was looking at) and a dabber tool and spent around $60. Good deal and great prices.
