I followed up with him repeatedly, nothing came. I followed up with the local manager several times, nothing came. We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding. The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days. Now, I have had the invoice for less than 30 days. Our insurance is finalizing the claim and the expect to have everything ready in a few weeks. Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there. This is a total scam. Shem didn't give up--he had to try a couple different methods to get all the dark spots out. (Shem's tip of the day: don't put lotion on your feet and walk on your carpet without socks or slippers.) Bedrooms, living room, family room, stairs all looked amazing when he was done. Price is very reasonable and they had us scheduled less than a week after I called. Since we weren't home when he did the job, he even sent pictures when he was done. If you need any type of cleaning done, All-4-U Cleaning can do the job for you and you won't be disappointed!

We were about to close on a house purchase and because my family, we thought a deep carpet cleaning was in order. Then I found out that they also have a cleaning service. Lucie had been an absolute gem to work with. We wants to have the carpet and the house fully cleaning before we moved it. Apparently, November is very busy for good house cleaning service in Kalispell. Must be all the cleanup from Thanksgiving. Under very tight time constraint, she worked miracles to get Shem (owner) to come by to clean the carpet. I thought the carpet was in decent shape until Shem showed me what clean was. It's now often that we come across a cleaning service professional who has higher standards of cleanliness than we do. The previous owners had pets. That smell is completely gone even after the carpet has completely dried. The result was a beyond comparison. After seeing the results, we went from thinking "the carpet might need to be replaced in a year" to thinking "there is no need to change it now." For us, what we thought of as an expense turned into an investment. We still look forward to using their cleaning service once they find some time to fit us in. We could not have been more satisfied with the work Shem and his team st All-4-U Cleaning did for us. Worth the wait.

Earlier this year I used this home inspection service to inspect two homes I was interested in…read morepurchasing in Flathead County MT. 406 Home Inspection Pros was recommended by my realtor. I accompanied the inspector/owner Robin Patrick for the first home inspection and was satisfied with his findings. I contracted with him for the second home inspection and very unfortunately was not able to be present. Mr. Patrick basically gave the home a "thumbs up" including being safe from radon exposure. Upon final purchase of the home considering his "thumbs up," I found 14 (fourteen!) problems with the home that were more, much more than "cosmetic." During the course of the past five months I have incurred not only much of my time to mediate these problems bust have also incurred thousands of dollars in extra expense. I frankly doubt that I would have purchased this home that is now a "fixer-upper" had I been aware of these deficiencies that Mr. Patrick failed to address from his professional home inspection. I have made a full accounting of the home's deficiencies to my real estate broker and was indeed shocked. Needless to say he and his fellow associates in this prestigious brokerage have stopped using 406 Home Inspection Pros, Inc. services and no doubt word may spread throughout Flathead County MT that this business is not qualified to make accurate and trustworthy home inspections. My advice is to stay away from this business unless you have money to burn and enjoy disappointment.
