Where to start.... Your service came from a single good…read morerecommendation so we went from that... We dissatisfied with your company work ethic for many reasons I will list here... 1. You arrived an entire week early and only called to inform me as you were in my driveway... 2. We were charged 1800 dollars if we did the cleanup after...the mess your company made with my yard was beyond what a normal cleanup should have been. My yard is full of holes n ruts and bark..you cut 6 to 8 foot logs and let them fall 20 feet to the ground...logs that are impossible to move... 3. Your wife demanded payment immediately and made me feel guilty for not having my checkbook waiting...You showed up unannounced a week early. 4. We were charged 1800 for both of the trees Fully down...After....showed up and made his deal you left most of the bulk of the trees standing and we were still charged for the full service...We are owed money like 500 dollars at least... 5. The half cut trees sat there for 2 weeks untill your company once again showed up unannounced and made yet another mess of my yard...looked very unprofessional and also unsafe...my yard is tore up from another deal that was not mine... 6. Another week has gone by and the trees are still there...you looked right at me and said "We will back this afternoon to get those trees removed"...that was almost another week ago...still here half in my driveway now...I bet you will show up unannounced again with a big pulp truck that will destroy my property even more ... Not cool .. 7. Who gave you permission to drive a ton truck across my yard to pull the last tree down? Also not cool... I won't take angry phone calls with idle threats...I know how people are...that won't help your case...I will simply call the better business bureau and possibly OSHA from some of the unsafe practices I saw. His team of 3 men (as promised) showed up right on time (today) and were well-briefed in advance and worked fast and efficiently, completing all work originally scoped out ahead of schedule. A very large tree fell on top of my house, due to very strong winds. Leo was prompt in coming over…read moreand explained everything. He was very professional and removed the large tree in one day. The tree was so large he had to call in a bigger crane to get the job done. it was amazing. Due to being on the waterfront it was very challenging. Using his great expertise, it went very well. He offered a reasonable price and sent people over immediately to get my yard done. It looks great! Will be using them again! I called Brandon's landscaping because the online reviews were all positive and they were close to my residence. A man named Brandon returned my call with in two days just like the answering machine message said he would and we made arrangements to meet Saturday or Sunday late afternoon. The weekend came and went and no one showed up and now it's Monday and I haven't received even a phone call saying sorry i didn't make it over can we make other arrangements? Needless to say, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend.

He fixed some siding that was falling off, he replaced some screws that were not the correct ones t0 hold my gutter up and he replaced some damaged siding. There were no surprises.
