So irresistible in fact that I couldn't help but buy one, (even though it was way overpriced at $35). The shop itself was in quite an old building and had a few cracks in the walls. It was obvious that staff had tried to distract attention away from these but it still made it feel a little dirtier. The area behind the counter was quite messy too. If there was a screen behind it then the shop would look a lot nicer. There were some gorgeous home accessories on the walls and there was a good range of gifts scattered amongst the flowers. There are also cards here to attach to any flowers you want delivered. The owner was very friendly and was helping the person ahead of me spell the word 'sincerely' very patiently. The prices here are quite good - I could afford to shop here.

I have seen this attempted in so many florists and where they have failed, this place has succeeded. There are gifts for all types of people with ornaments, birdcages, and even bright plastic flags and streamers. There is a cute range of bears too - how could there not be? The service here was pretty poor though. The lady didn't even look up from her work at the counter when my Mum and I walked in and she most certainly didn't make any move to acknowledge us as we wandered around exclaiming in delight at all the gorgeous flowers and objects on offer. The pricing was average - some things were quite expensive and others were cheap. It was hard to tell what was a bargain and what was a rip-off. Otherwise, I totally loved the shop and will definitely be hitting it next time I need a nice gift or some flowers.

Obviously phone orders are treated as a money making exercise for left over flowers. Don't phone order from this company. Extremely poor service. Great phone manner but don't be fooled. I was disgusted at what the recipient received to the point that they would think I am a cheap scape which is certainly not true. I am horrified to say the least. My kids would have put together a better arrangement from taking flowers from neighbouring gardens. Disgraceful!

The flowers sent were nothing like described...small bunch, wilted, and no variety...for $50. I was disappointed and was hoping they could resolve the issue when I wrote an email to them. They were very rude with their reply and did not apologize or resolve anything. After a couple of emails back and forth I felt that their main concern was not with customer satisfaction at all....DO NOT USE
